Shipping and delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship from Quinto Lab (Tres Cantos, Madrid) and your order arrives within 24–48 working hours anywhere in mainland Spain.

How much does shipping cost?

€5.20. Free on orders from €35, and always free on subscriptions.

Do you ship to the Balearic or Canary Islands?

For now, we only ship to mainland Spain.

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes. Choose "Pick up in store" at checkout and we'll let you know when it's ready at Quinto Lab (Calle Neptuno 4, Tres Cantos). Opening hours: Monday 12:00–19:30, Tuesday to Friday 10:00–19:30, Saturday 10:00–14:00.

How can I track my order?

Once it leaves the roastery, you'll receive an email with the tracking link.

The coffee

Is the coffee freshly roasted?

We roast in small batches and the roast date is printed on every bag. You'll usually receive coffee just a few weeks after roasting, at its best.

How long does it keep?

Tightly sealed and stored in a cool, dry place, coffee keeps well for 6 to 9 months. Never store it in the fridge.

Whole bean or ground? Which grind should I choose?

Whole bean if you can grind at home: the aroma keeps much better. If you prefer ground, choose your method when adding to your basket: Espresso (fine), Moka pot (medium-fine), Filter for V60, Chemex or drip (medium), French press (coarse) or Cold Brew (very coarse).

How do I choose a coffee if I don't know where to start?

By flavour profile: chocolatey and sweet (Brasil Cataguá), citrus and panela (Inga), fruity (San Pedro), floral (Flora Geisha) or spicy (Kianamui Kenia). You can also take the "Find your coffee" quiz.

Do you have decaf?

Yes, a Colombian decaf made using the Sugar Cane process (no chemical solvents), whole bean or ground.

My favourite coffee is sold out. Will it be back?

Most are one-off lots from a single harvest. When one sells out, its product page suggests the in-stock coffee with the most similar profile.

Is it 100% Arabica? Does it contain anything added?

Yes, 100% specialty Arabica, with no sugar, flavourings or additives.

Subscription

How does the subscription work?

Choose DÚO (2 × 250 g packs, €26/month) or TRÍO (3 packs, €36/month), whole bean or ground, and receive it at home every month or every six weeks with free shipping. No minimum commitment: pause or cancel whenever you like.

What do I get with a subscription?

It makes life easier: no need to remember to reorder or risk running out, and you always have freshly roasted coffee at home. You also save compared with buying bags individually.

Can I choose the coffees in my subscription?

The idea is "let us surprise you": every month we pick the coffees for you so you can discover new profiles. If you have a favourite profile, drop us a line and we'll take it into account.

Payments, exchanges and returns

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Can I return a coffee?

If your parcel arrives damaged or there's a mistake with your order, send us a photo and we'll sort it out. See the full terms in our returns policy.

Can you issue a company invoice?

Yes. Add your tax details in the order notes or email us at hola@quintocafe.info.
