How to Make a Quinto de Verano Cold Brew: Steps to the Perfect Flavour
Making Cold Brew with Our Floral Kenya Profile
Put 50 grams of ground Quinto coffee (Floral Kenya profile) into the filter of the Hario cold brew bottle.
Pour 600 ml of cold water into the bottle, making sure the coffee is completely submerged.
Close the bottle and leave it to steep in the fridge for 12 hours.
After 12 hours, remove the filter from the bottle and serve the Kenyan coffee in a glass with ice.
Add a few slices of fresh or dried orange for an extra citrus touch.
How to Make a Quinto de Verano without a Cold Brew Bottle
If you don't have a cold brew bottle, follow these steps:
Take 20 grams of Quinto Floral coffee, medium ground.
Heat 300 millilitres of water to 93°C.
Brew your filter coffee with a three-stage pour.
Put the coffee in the fridge and wait a couple of hours.
When serving, add ice cubes and orange segments.
