Bookings can be cancelled or changed with at least 48 hours' notice. If you can't make it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can handle your request.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start so as not to interrupt the experience for other participants. If you arrive late, we can't guarantee you'll be able to take part in the whole experience.
