1. Can I cancel or change my booking?
Bookings can be cancelled or changed with at least 48 hours' notice. If you can't make it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can handle your request.
2. Do you offer refunds if I can't attend?
Refunds are not available, except in exceptional cases or if Quinto Café cancels the experience. If you can't attend, we can move your experience to another date, as long as you let us know with enough notice.
3. Can I change the name on the booking?
Yes, you can change the booking holder by contacting us at least 48 hours before the booked date. Just send us the new participant's details.
4. What happens if I arrive late?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start so as not to interrupt the experience for other participants. If you arrive late, we can't guarantee you'll be able to take part in the whole experience.
5. Can I transfer my experience to someone else if I can't attend?
Yes, you can transfer your experience to someone else. Just let us know in advance so we can update the booking details.
6. What happens if I can't attend due to circumstances beyond my control (illness, emergencies, etc.)?
We understand that things come up. If you can't attend because of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look at options, such as rescheduling the experience or issuing a voucher for a future date.
